This Dry Fruit Milkshake is very rich in iron and calcium and it is good for occasions when you are low in energy levels and quickly wants to supercharge your energy levels. This milkshake can also be prepared during festivals and fasting.

Ingredients
water
4-5 anjeer / dry figs
8-10 almonds
kesar/ saffron strands
6 tsp sugar
2-3 cinnamon
2.5 glass of chilled milk

Method
- Turn on the gas and in a saucepan add water, dry figs, almonds, saffron strands, sugar and crushed cinnamon and let it boil for 5-6 minutes.
- Once done let the mixture cool down.
- Grind the mixture into the blender.
- Mix it properly and grind until the almonds get crushed properly.
- Add chilled milk to it and grind it again.
- Dry Fruit Milkshake is ready to be served.
